We are delighted to invite you to attend the 1st Annual Craigweil Summer Afternoon Tea and Flower Party on Sunday 8th June 3-5pm (Weather permitting).

The location will be Wychwood Walk (tbc). Thanks to all affected residents who have kindly agreed to this.

Proposed format:-

3pm - Arrivals - residents are asked to bring your own finger sandwiches, refreshments, tables and chairs*, plates and cups. Please also bring a refuse bag to take all rubbish away at the end of the day.
*Please note help will be available for any residents who require assistance carrying chairs and tables to and from their home.

3.00 - 3.30 - Cake Sale - We welcome all and any cake donations (homemade or bought) for our charity bake sale table. Residents and their guests are encouraged to buy cakes from the Bake Sale to eat and enjoy at the tea party.

3.30 - 4.15 - Floral Workshop - We are hoping to host a floral arrangement workshop - how wonderful will it be if we can all bring flowers and foliage from our gardens and we can make home grown bouquets, hand tie and oasis displays to sell - all proceeds to charity. If we have any residents who have skills in floral arrangements who would like to lead this on the day and share tips, this would be fantastic.

4.15 - 5.00 - Tea Party Quiz - enjoy a fun filled summer and local history themed quiz - a prize for the winner!

Music will also accompany the above programme.
